Directions:
Before the first application, lightly but firmly press the top of the pump several times until a consistent volume of product is produced. Apply as an auxillary in your skin treatment and preventative regiment or by spreading a thin layer uniformly onto freshly cleaned skin with a light massage 1-3 times per day. Apply to face, neck, or any area where damaged skin exists.
 
To improve effectiveness and stimulate the metabolic process of cells, apply (item name) 1-1.5 hours before bedtime.
